Eat good vegetables, lean meats I had a great liver and colon cleanse, I tried to take Neem to reverse diabetes but I'm either allergic to it or something else that it exacerbates because I have a terrible hive/rash/dermatitis that I am miserable from, I quit taking Neem and I may start again later when my skin on my arm clears up.
