COLON, COLON, WHAT'S GOOD WHAT'S BAD

Every article I've ever read about the colon begins, "Death begins in the colon." Just like that we start out on a negative note, but the news isn't all bad. There are strategies to have a healthy colon. The colon is the last place our waste goes to get any usable nutrients sucked out and added to our body's store of energy and food for our cells. It is also the place where if it is not healthy; all the impurities will leach out into our bodies and cause exhaustion, weakness, sicknesses of many kinds. Also the longer the waste lingers the more unpleasant goo gets into our body. The trick is to eat healthy raw enzyme-rich foods that are filled with soluble fiber that not only speeds the waste through the colon but scrapes the deposits that could cause sickness [cancer for one].

See previous blog entries:Candidiasis/Diabetes/alphabet disease connection
AND The Candidasis/Leaky gut/Diabetes connection

Some research studies involving mice suggest inadequate intake of folate, riboflavin and vitamins B-6 and B-12 leads to risk of DNA damage and increase the risk of colorectal cancers.

These B vitamins are prevalent in:
B-6 -including fortified cereals, beans, meat, poultry, fish, and some fruits and vegetables.
B-12- Meat, poultry, milk, eggs
Folate-Grains, Fortified breakfast cereal, Whole wheat products, Liver,Eggs,Beans, Sunflower seeds,[Vegetables—Excellent Source!], Asparagus,Leafy green vegetables
Oranges,Strawberries, Cantaloupes and other melons
riboflavin-Lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, green leafy vegetables, dairy products, and milk provide riboflavin in the diet. Breads and cereals are often fortified with riboflavin.

The research showed that it was the depletion of all four vitamins that caused changes in the Wnt pathway —a cellular signaling pathway linked to more than 85% of colon cancers. A mild depletion of all four B vitamins significantly increased the DNA damage localized at the Apc gene. The Apc (adenomatosis polyposis coli) gene is the tumor suppressor, and damage to it would cause a risk of forming tumors, like cancer,

So, is anyone researching any way to repair this gene? Or helping us all to understand what we can do to protect this gene?

As to colon cleansers while they are good for maintaining a free-flowing colon they are designed to make $$ for the manufacturers and According to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center:
The bottom line is that colon cleansers don’t do anything to lower your risk of colon cancer. “A healthy diet (low in red meat and fat and high in fruits, vegetables, fiber and calcium), exercise, drinking in moderation and avoiding tobacco are the known elements that reduce colon cancer risk, “ Levin says. “Know your family history, and get screened earlier than age 50 if colon cancer runs in your family.

I would add it is essential to eat lots of fresh, raw vegetables, soluble fiber and severely cut down on all processed or fried foods. The fiber is important because any stool that sits around malingering in the colon will contribute to the death in the lower intestine and possibly early death From the bowel.

I do think that the occasional cleanse is a great idea to eliminate anything left in the bowel that our good eating plan may leave behind.

Calling God

A man in Kansas, decided to write a book about churches around the country. He started by flying to San Francisco, and started working east from there. Going to a very large church, he began taking photographs and making notes.

He spotted a golden telephone on the vestibule wall, and was intrigued with a sign which read, "$10,000 per minute."

Seeking out the pastor, he asked about the phone and the sign. The pastor answered that the golden phone is, in fact, a direct line to Heaven, and if he pays the price, he can talk directly to God.

The man thanked the pastor and continued on his way.

As he continued to visit churches in Seattle, Salt Lake City,Denver, Chicago, Milwaukee, and around theUnited States, he found more such phones, with the same sign, and the same explanation from each pastor.

Finally, the man arrived in the lovely state of North Carolina. Upon entering a church, behold: he saw the usual golden telephone. But THIS time, the sign read: "Calls: 25 cents"!

Fascinated, the man asked to speak with the pastor.

"Reverend, I have been in cities all across the country and in each church I have found this golden telephone, and have been told it is a direct line to Heaven, and that I could use it to talk to God..

But in 20 other churches, the cost was $10,000 per minute. Your sign says
25 cents per call. Why is that?

The pastor, smiling benignly, replied: "Son, you're in the South now and it's a local call.

Twenty years ago, I drove a cab for a living. One time I arrived in the middle of the night for a pick up at a building that was dark except for a single light in a ground floor window. Under these circumstances, many drivers would just honk once or twice, wait a minute, then drive away. But I had seen too many impoverished people who depended on taxis as their only means of transportation. Unless a situation smelled of danger, I always went to the door. This passenger might be someone who needs my assistance, I reasoned to myself.

So I walked to the door and knocked. "Just a minute", answered a frail, elderly voice. I could hear something being dragged across the floor. After a long pause, the door opened. A small woman in her 80's stood before me. She was wearing a print dress and a pillbox hat with a veil pinned on it, like somebody out of a 1940s movie. By her side was a small nylon suitcase. The apartment looked as if no one had lived in it for years. All the furniture was covered with sheets. There were no clocks on the walls, no knickknacks or utensils on the counters. In the corner was a cardboard box filled with photos and glassware.

"Would you carry my bag out to the car?" she said. I took the suitcase to the cab, then returned to assist the woman. She took my arm and we walked slowly toward the curb. She kept thanking me for my kindness.

"It's nothing", I told her. "I just try to treat my passengers the way I would want my mother treated".

"Oh, you're such a good boy", she said. When we got in the cab, she gave me an address, then asked, "Could you drive through downtown?"

"It's not the shortest way," I answered quickly.

"Oh, I don't mind," she said. "I'm in no hurry. I'm on my way to a hospice".

I looked in the rear view mirror. Her eyes were glistening.

"I don't have any family left," she continued. "The doctor says I don't have very long."

I quietly reached over and shut off the meter. "What route would you like me to take?" I asked.

For the next two hours, we drove through the city. She showed me the building where she had once worked as an elevator operator. We drove through the neighborhood where she and her husband had lived when they were newlyweds. She had me pull up in front of a furniture warehouse that had once been a ballroom where she had gone dancing as a girl. Sometimes she'd ask me to slow in front of a particular building or corner and would sit staring into the darkness, saying nothing.

As the first hint of sun was creasing the horizon, she suddenly said, "I'm tired. Let's go now."

We drove in silence to the address she had given me. It was a low building, like a small convalescent home, with a driveway that passed under a portico. Two orderlies came out to the cab as soon as we pulled up. They were solicitous and intent, watching her every move. They must have been expecting her. I opened the trunk and took the small suitcase to the door. The woman was already seated in a wheelchair.

"How much do I owe you?" she asked, reaching into her purse.

"Nothing," I said.

"You have to make a living," she answered.

"There are other passengers".

Almost without thinking, I bent and gave her a hug. She held onto me tightly.

"You gave an old woman a little moment of joy," she said. "Thank you."

I squeezed her hand, then walked into the dim morning light. Behind me, a door shut. It was the sound of the closing of a life.

I didn't pick up any more passengers that shift. I drove aimlessly, lost in thought. For the rest of that day, I could hardly talk. What if that woman had gotten an angry driver, or one who was impatient to end his shift? What if I had refused to take the run, or had honked once, then driven away?

On a quick review, I don't think that I have done anything more important in my life. We're conditioned to think that our lives revolve around great moments. But great moments often catch us unaware--beautifully wrapped in what others may consider a small one.

There was a huge accident on the interstate, a transport semi rolled over and cattle were all over the road, some were mooing some were dead on the road. Two young troopers showed up; drew their pistols from their holsters, one said to the other, "This one is severally injured." and he shot it.
The other said, "This one has a broken leg." and he shot that one. One by one they checked each out and put the out of their misery, finally one trooper came upon the driver who was shaking his head as if still dazed, The trooper asked, "How are you, Any injuries? What's wrong?" The driver looked up alarmed and replied, "Not a darned thing, I'm just fine, Really!"

As always I wish you all fine folks health and happiness, I also hope you spread that around: here is a blessing just for you: May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face [cause his spirit] to shine on you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance [smile] on you and give you peace. —Numbers 6:22-27 (NIV) explains why is this called the “Aaronic Benediction" (because it was spoken by the high priest Aaron).

FINAL STAGES OF MY JOURNEY?

I feel I've gone as far as I can towards reversing my diabetes and I must address some other factors; like the lifelong case of Candidiasis I've had. Since I've investigated what candidiasis can do in the body and since my doctors refuse to aknowledge that disease has it's origins in a compromised body, I've taken it on myself to bring about my own healing. Quackery you say? Well, my response is that most of what we know as modern medicine is quackery, stabs in the dark. I've had severe allergic responses to all the pharma-junk I've been prescribed. I cannot take their medicines, yet they offer nothing else for my problems.

My problems began when the snake-oil antibiotics were invented and I was way overdosed. Then the food industry in my youth began to make 'convenience' foods, and told us all that the nutritional content of the foods they sold were high, just as high as if they weren't cooked to death. TV dinners, boxed Macaroni and Cheese, Coca Cola, finely milled white flour, white sugar, and the stage was set. Already the flora in my colon was out of balance and a childhood of poor dietary choices and
habits of eating formed out of them. All it took was the packet [yes, only one] of birth control pills the doctor handed me while telling me, "These are the 'safe' ones."

A month later my husband was driving me to the city hospital at about 70 miles per hour because I'd lost half of my bodily control from a massive stroke, an aneurysm in my brain. I was 20 years old. I tried still working with doctors to regain the parts I'd lost, but their only answer was more drugs, I couldn't communicate my problems to them because they, en masse refused to listen. Finally they put me on a mild psycho-tropic that even at half doses caused me to fall asleep in public! The doctor insisted I needed to start taking the full dosage, and then I balked, I quit taking any drugs, by then ASA made me so sick from taking it I could no longer take that either. Then I took one Motrin one evening and my entire face swelled up [yes, this is not an exaggeration] from my nose on down so that I thought I'd get stretch marks. The paramedics came out and gave me an epinephrine shot and a benadryl shot, neither of which took the swelling down, and by this time it was difficult to breathe. I found out I'm also allergic to benedryl,[haha] the allergy medicine.

I've found I can take one Tylenol very rarely for pain and it really helps me then, but I am not so sensitized by being constantly medicated and my own pain defence system kicks in and I don't have nearly the pain others have, from hearing them I can only deduce this of course. But, and here's a great example when I've had toothaches, they really weren't all that bad.

I've known of people lying in bed moaning and I barely let it influence my day, After I had a tooth extracted I had nearly no pain either, I never even filled the pain prescription. I'm not bragging, I'm merely giving anecdotal evidence of what the taking of medicine can cause, more sensitivity, more pain.

At any rate, I'm at a stage where I either stay sick from this candidiasis or I take control. See: Candidiasis Diabetes, and Alphabet diseases

I ordered
, it came and I'm eliminating all sugars, grains, yeasts, vinegars and mushrooms from my diet that is already all whole foods and pure water. This diet restriction is very important for candidiasis control.

Also I'm taking CellPower™ another fungus killer,
And FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course
~Glutathione-the master antioxidant is a great helper to counteract many diabetic complications.

~CHROMIUMimproves insulin sensitivity, and helps lower blood sugar.
~ZINC especially to help you heal.
~coconut oil a great fungus killer too

Which incidentally is another fungi-cide and energy booster.

It's very important to keep all yeasts and grains out of the diet while getting rid of the candida imbalance. Candida is a part of our intestinal flora, but the antibiotics/ bad diet etc can cause this normal flora go nuts and try to take over your body, to see the symptoms: IBS, HEMORRHOIDS, CANDIDIASIS-BOWEL TROUBLES.

So, from now on I'll be reporting on the candidiasis symptoms and how my recovery from that is affecting the last of my diabetes. I've already gotten rid of most of my pain. YAY!

NATURAL HELP FOR CANDIDIASIS

~VITAMIN B-12
Aids in digestive process. Helps metabolize carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Lozenge or sublingual form is recommended.
~ACIDOLOPHUS
Combats infection from candida. Nondairy formula is recommended.
~COCONUT OIL-MAJOR SOURCE OF CAPRYLIC ACID Caprylic acid Kills fungus and candida organisms. ~~I'll bet you didn't know That about coconut oil?!!!!
~GARLIC [KYOLIC]
Stops infection.
~QUERCETIN PLUS
Promotes healing. Decreases allergic reactions from food. Lessens inflammation.
~BROMELAIN
Anti-inflamatory, aids in wound healing, and helps joints and muscle pain from exercising.
~VITAMIN B COMPLEX
Help with all body functions. Protect against infection. Good for the enzyme systems. Aids in healthy brain function. Yeast-free formula is recommended. Can get injections under a physician's care.
~CALCIUM
To make up for deficiencies. Calcium citrate form is recommended.
~MAGNESIUMhelps to relax you, aids stress and muscle relaxing, Balances calcium.
~VITAMIN D
Improves absorption of calcium.
~ALOE VERA JUICE
Aloe vera is well recognized for being a safe treatment for a variety of ailments. The ancient Egyptians chose aloe vera to treat wounds from battles and heal infections. Not only can aloe vera be an antiseptic but also be an anti-inflammatory. In addition, the juice from the plant can increase the white blood cells capability to exterminate yeast cells.
~ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS~
Many Americans have a diet rich in Omega-6 source foods (fried foods, margarine, whole-grain bread, baked goods, and other saturated fats), and low in Omega-3 source foods like fish. Due to these eating habits, the typical American diet contains as much as 20 times more Omega-6 than Omega-3’s. Reducing your intake of Omega-6-rich foods while you increase your consumption of Omega-3-rich foods will further balance the equation.
~OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT
Used since biblical times, Olive Leaf Extract, just from its symbol, gives you a sense of being protected. It is a powerful way to fend off harmful toxins & expedite healing of infections caused from microbes.
~PAU D'ARCO
Also known as lapacho or taheebo. Has an agent that acts as antibacterial, as well as antifungal. Some people may not actually improve from drinking Pau d'arco tea. If that is the case with you, change over to clove tea. Even if Pau d'arco tea does help, it's wise to switch between Pau d'arco and clove tea, anyway. Clove tea will assist in healing different areas than Pau d'arco; Pau d'arco will also act differently than clove.
~MAITAKE TEA
Maitake Tea makes a good substitute if Pau d'arco proves to contra beneficial for removing toxins. Since different strains of candida grow quickly because of genetic mutation, a variety of teas will provide a wider range of benefits.
~WILD OREGANO OIL
This herb is a very potent antibacterial agent. Wild Oregano has been touted as being a natural antibiotic that might even be stronger than prescription antibiotics. As well as being an effective fighter against E-coli and staphylococcus bacteria, it has been said that the oil can kill fungi, as well.

~CellPower™ That just happens to give each and every cell in our bodies a boost of oxygen and raises the pH level to normal levels AND KILLS BACTERIA, VIRUSES AND FUNGI. YAY!

CANDIDIASIS/CAUSE OF CANCER-DIABETES TOO?

"...In September 1999, Johns Hopkins medical researchers confirmed that virtually all chronic sinus infections were due to fungus. Not all findings are that solid. As a matter of fact, few are. Rather, scientists seem confused and startled at their own discoveries with regard to fungus. Fungus makes poisonous byproducts called mycotoxins. Antibiotics are one class of mycotoxins. Without this knowledge, however, many questions are raised when researchers stumble onto this seemingly elementary fact. Recently, researchers have discovered that antibiotics are contributing to everything from 2nd heart attacks to breast cancer. It is our hope that someday when discoveries like these are made, logic will supersede confusion."

Doug A. Kaufmann has written several good books concerning Fungal connections to many different diseases, including cancers, diabetes, baldness, eye diseases and just general human Misery. www.knowthecause.com, www.smarter.com available at www.Amazonbooks.com.

I urge you to check out his sites and see for yourself I want to quote heavily from his sites to give an overview, Quotes from his site will be in quotes, I'm not citing the sources because they are all from know the cause.com

Remember we've discussed many of the symptoms involved with the three stages of overwhelming Fungal infection, it just seems to take over the body and creates for it self a nice little nest where it can thrive to the complete detriment of it's host; you and me!

"Thousands of research papers report the presence of yeast and fungus in cancer patients. The problem is that all refer to the development of fungal conditions after cancer treatment has begun. Researchers contend that cancer therapies, aimed at destroying cancer, also destroy the immune system of the patient. At this point, left without the immunity to fight disease-causing germs, yeast and fungus multiply rapidly and the patients often succumb to "secondary" fungal infections. Hence, according to cancer experts, much attention needs to focus on methods of controlling fungal proliferation while taking chemotherapy.
What if patients with cancer already had yeast and fungal infections that grew out of control when their immune systems were damaged by chemotherapy? What if a lump was found that was an ascomycete (sac fungus) that appeared to diagnosticians to be cancer? What if cancer wasn't cancer at all? I have pondered questions like these for over 25 years."

So as we can see the antibiotic/fungal connection has really caused more problems than we were prepared to deal with, Because the absolute cause of candidiasis is taking Antibiotics combined with poor diet choices.

"Many years ago I first learned fungus causes human misery. Long before that, I figured out what most of us knew in our twenties: Our diet dictates our daily performance. In my more naïve years, I tried to persuade physicians to treat fungal diseases with dietary changes, as well as antifungal drugs. I chuckle, ruefully, when I remember those days.
Imagine a fungal infection mimicking a serious endocrine disease such as diabetes! Surely physicians know better! But do they really? What if resolving endocrine diseases were incredibly simple and required only patient education and effort instead of prescriptive medications? Would you change, or would you seek a more simplistic, pill-popping plan which may evolve into a needle/insulin regimen? Your answer to this question could ultimately decide whether you become healthier or live on prescriptions to control symptoms for the rest of your life."

Even hair loss can be a symptom of rampant mycotoxin stew a'brewin' in the body, more dangerous and deadly symptoms will follow that.

"There are numerous reasons for hair loss, not the least of which are adverse events of medications. Always ask your pharmacist for side effects and adverse events for each drug you take. According to the book Alternative Medicine, when hair loss begins to occur, the following conditions may have preceded it:

Low thyroid function,Hormonal problems,Aging,Nutritional deficiencies, such as iron and biotin,Poor digestion,Post-Pregnancy,Chemotherapy,Conditions secondary to trauma
Parasites.,Diabetes mellitus,Stress,Skin disease "

And many of the aforementioned are preceded or followed by a candida overgrowth, either as the cause or the result.

The Fungus Link, Volume III-chapter 1 on eczema

A sample....
"As it happens, the immune system overreaction that takes place with allergies such as eczema very often weakens the body’s cell-mediated immune system. This means more infections — and more antibiotics — resulting in a vicious cycle. Mycotoxins produced by fungi already in the body also happen to be powerful immune system suppressors, which makes the cycle even more difficult to break."

OH, what to do, what to do? Well this is what I do.... I take CellPower™ which is a fungus killer. and remember to eliminate breads and grains, an all sugars from the diet as well.

AND

for the overgrowth and it really helps to jump start the elimination

AND
~coconut oil

for the Omega-3~6 balance and losing weight, ALSO I just read recently that coconut is a fungal fighter, as well as Aloe Vera, and Apple Cider vinegar. See what great information you find here, tell your friends!

for maintenance I also use:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
And one each of the four essential minerals each day:
~SELENIUMhelps immune system, fights infection and aids circulation
~MAGNESIUMhelps to relax you, aids stress and muscle relaxing
~CHROMIUMimproves insulin sensitivity, and helps lower blood sugar.

A man is walking home alone late one foggy Halloween night, when behind him he hears:BUMP... BUMP.. BUMP...
Walking faster, he looks back and through the fog he makes out the image of an upright casket banging its way down the middle of the street toward him.
BUMP... BUMP... BUMP...
Terrified, the man begins to run toward his home, the casket bouncing quickly behind him. FASTER... FASTER... BUMP... BUMP... BUMP...
He runs up to his door, fumbles with his keys, opens the door, rushes in, slams and locks the door behind him. However, the casket crashes through his door, with the lid of the casket clapping. clappity-BUMP.. clappity-BUMP... clappity-BUMP...
on his heels, as the terrified man runs.
Rushing upstairs to the bathroom, he locks himself in. His heart is pounding; his head is reeling; his breath is coming in sobbing gasps.
With a loud CRASH the casket breaks down the door.
Bumping and clapping toward him.
The man screams and reaches for something, anything, but all he can find is a bottle of cough syrup! Desperate, he throws the cough syrup at the casket...
and,
(Hopefully you're ready for this!!!)
The coffin stops

Candidiasis/Diabetes/alphabet disease connection

In the blog entry IBS,HEMMORHOIDS, CANDIDIASIS; THE BOWEL CONNECTION we explored the connection between IBS [one of the alphabet diseases I want to talk about today] and candidiasis. Usually if someones candidiasis is cleared up then so does the IBS, so I'd say that's pretty much a given. In the blog entry The Candidasis/Leaky gut/Diabetes connection We discovered that Leaky Gut; a condition brought about by candidiasis run rampant for years creating a bowel with extra huge openings in it allowing for impurities to be released into the bloodstream along with the nutrients. This causes great hardship to the Liver whose job is to filter bad stuff. It can no longer do it's job so it allows the body to become overrun by these impurities, and sickness occurs.

Let's go back to some of the symptoms of second and third stage candidiasis: Second stage:PAIN, HEADACHES (including Migraine), EXTREME FATIGUE, PSORIASIS, INFECTIONS OF THE NAILS, MUSCLE ACHES, JOINT PAINS, AND ARTHRITIS, Third stage:HOPELESS CRYING" SPELLS, SEVERE DEPRESSION, SLEEP DISORDERS (may include insomnia, confusion dreams, nightmares, apnea, and not feeling rested or restored after sleep), IRRATIONAL THOUGHTS, UNUSUAL FEARS, PHOBIAS, PANIC/ANXIETY ATTACKS, MUSCLE TWITCHING, IRRITABILITY, VIOLENCE, AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR, and even EPILEPTIC SEIZURES and THOUGHTS OF DEATH OR SUICIDE.

Now I ask you do any of these sound like any of the Alphabet diseases? Fibromyalgia Syndrome[FMS], Chronic Fatigue Syndrome[CFS], and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities [MCS], Irritable Bowel syndrome[IBS] -I'd be irritable too if that much poison was running through me.

I have many friends with one or more of the alphabet diseases, one of them said this:
"Dr. William Crook wrote his books in the 1980's, and when I was at the CFIDS clinic in the 1991 they were just starting to look at Candida as a major co-factor. I have read when people get rid of Candida their IBS and MCS clear up. If you think of a bunch of yeast living in your gut releasing mycotoxins, no wonder your liver is clogged up and you have IBS, MCS, etc which lead to FM, CFS.
Also, most of us had vats of antibiotics growing up and some type of birth control pill plus Wonder Bread and sugar.
It's a Wonder we are even alive....."

I remember reading about Candidiasis way back in the 1970's when it was disease-of-the-week, I thought back to when I was 5 and Penicillin was still pretty new, we were under socialized Medicine, as an Army dependant living in Germany and I had a bad case of tonsillitis. The doctor reasoned that if a little penicillin was good then a lot had to be better, so I was given a lot. I remember overhearing this while my doctor was talking to my parents. Then I was raised on boxed Mac n' Cheese, Fritoes and Coca Cola. All the elements [overuse of antibiotics, poor food choices] were in place for a lifetime of overgrown Candida Albacans. Then when I took birth control pills at age 20 That was it, I had a massive stroke and started on the downward slope, the Chemical sensitivities manifested in a total inability to take any medications that didn't result in severe side effects..

I was extremely iron deficient as a child, I was also severely constipated not only from high doses of Iron supplements but also the flourishing fungus amungus.

When I was in my early-forties I was attacked by a young man who was drugged, He rearranged my spine just enough for my neck to be out-of-place permanently. Not much later I began to have small pools of pain sprouting in several areas of my back.

I know the injury was the 'cause' of the Fibromyalgia, but I doubt if the injury would have been enough to cause it without the mediating influence of the Candida flora.

Now I can't prove there is a connection, but if you see any of your symptoms to your alphabet diseases in the above list It wouldn't hurt to stop feeding the Candida. Candida thrives on sugar and Yeasts.

I read recently that we crave the very foods that are the worst for us, that we are allergic to or are just injurious. For me it's chocolate anything surgery, and breads.

Think about it, if this is you, or maybe it's just in the ballpark of your symptoms, what can it hurt to do an eliminating diet? Try cutting out all sugars, all wheat and yeast foods.

I also use
for the overgrowth and it really helps to jump start the elimination,
and CellPower™ which is a fungus killer.
and for maintenance I also use:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.

IBS,HEMORRHOIDS, CANDIDIASIS; THE BOWEL CONNECTION

"There's Fungus among us" is a frequent lament with Diabetes type2 people. Toe nail fungus, Athletes foot, Thrush and overloads of Candida Albicans in the bowel. For me the Candida locks up my colon and makes constipation a constant fact of life.
Just do a search for diabetes-candidiasis or diabetes-IBS and you'll see so many sites deal with the connection it is overwhelming, toss in Fibromyalgia and you'll see that all of this is interrelated.

I tried taking
for the overgrowth and it really helps until it goes nuts again, I've also had rounds of taking probiotics, and they reallly help too.

Of course When the IBS kicks in I have trouble with constipation, and since I've had problematic hemorrhoids for forever I get flare-ups with them too. However, when I took Venapro. I never again had a flare up, and it's been a few years since I took it.

(1)
We've all been there. Abdominal cramps, bloating, gas, diarrhea (possibly painful), or constipation.
But most of us haven't had to deal with these severe, painful symptoms day after day, or have them flare up unexpectedly every few months. Those who do may have irritable bowel syndrome.
Although IBS is one of the most common complaints reported to physicians, especially by women, it is not a disease or an infection. And it is not caused by diabetes. It is, rather, a disorder in which the bowel (large intestine) does not work the way it should.
Hormonal changes can also cause IBS, which is why women with this difficulty may suffer increased symptoms during menstruation.
There is some controversy as to whether stress actually causes IBS, but it can definitely bring on a flare-up in those who already have the problem.
Yoder also advises monitoring your blood glucose (sugar) frequently while you're doing your detective work. That will help you pinpoint the way new foods affect your blood glucose, especially during flare-ups.
"Talk with your doctor or dietitian about eating smaller meals, then filling out your food plan with snacks," Yoder adds. "This will also help keep your diabetes in control while helping prevent IBS flare-ups; smaller meals will produce less stimulation along the gastrointestinal tract."

I'm not so sure about that, In my experience smaller meals make my bowel more sluggish less inclined to keep on moving along. I really feel more raw foods help. I think the enzyme/fiber connection really rocks.

As for thrush, toe nail fungus and candidiasis in the gut I swear by CellPower™
I use a few drops 1:3 of cellpower on my toothbrush for thrush, a few drops full strength under my toenails for nail fungus and take it three times per day to control the candidiasis in my colon. And it contains enzymes!!!

(2)
~In the First Stage of Candida, the mucous membrane areas of the body may be infected. Each day more people seem to be allergic to everything in their environment. Repeated bouts of bronchitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and strep or staph infections may be typical. Mononucleosis and pneumonia may also be noted. It is easy to perceive that each of these successive illnesses requires more and more antibiotics, which may open the door for further Candida overgrowth. Talk about a vicious circle!
~The Second Stage of Candida Symptoms may involve more generalized reactions such as PAIN, HEADACHES (including Migraine), EXTREME FATIGUE, PSORIASIS, INFECTIONS OF THE NAILS, MUSCLE ACHES, JOINT PAINS, AND ARTHRITIS. Naturally, drug after drug is usually taken in hopes of alleviating these miserable conditions. In most cases, the Candida SYMPTOMS alone are being treated--while the CAUSE (Candida overgrowth) may be literally being PROMOTED at the same time!
~The Third Stage of Candida Symptoms may involve MENTAL and BEHAVIORAL RESPONSES: Inability to concentrate, not being able to read or follow a television program or carry on a hobby, serious forgetfulness, memory loss, mental confusion, not being able to think of the words to say something, switching around of words and letters when trying to speak and/or write something, loss of previous skills (such as how-to-type or how-to-play-the-piano, etc.) These frightening problems may often lead to "HOPELESS CRYING" SPELLS, SEVERE DEPRESSION, SLEEP DISORDERS (may include insomnia, confusion dreams, nightmares, apnea, and not feeling rested or restored after sleep), IRRATIONAL THOUGHTS, UNUSUAL FEARS, PHOBIAS, PANIC/ANXIETY ATTACKS, MUSCLE TWITCHING, IRRITABILITY, VIOLENCE, AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR, and even EPILEPTIC SEIZURES and THOUGHTS OF DEATH OR SUICIDE. Living with these Candida Symptoms is not a great way to live life. Sometimes people with these symptoms are labeled "Mentally ill", thought to be suffering from manic-depressive Psychosis or Schizophrenia. These desperately sick patients are sometimes turned over to the care of a psychiatrist or hospitalized in a mental institution. They may be given antidepressants, tranquilizers, lithium, etc. to lighten the mental symptoms. . But the CAUSE may be overlooked and the patient is not CURED on a long-term basis.

Now,THAT explains a lot, it explains why I was so crazy when I was living in Eastern Washington, and why I feel so much better these days. PSSSsssssssssst CellPower™ really works against Candida.

It also explains stuff from lately too, I've been eating sugary things because it hasn't affected my blood sugar, BUT and this is a very big BUT; candidiasis feeds off of sugar, it shares with cancer on that, The fungus grows~ proliferates~ and expands it's hold, with sugar, so now that I'm feeling weepy, depressed; the insomnia, the fatigue, the pain, all are symptoms of candidiasis, second and third stage. This is exactly why I write this so I'll see in black and white exactly what I'm doing wrong and why I'm sick.

also I'm using:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
And one each of the four essential minerals each day:
~SELENIUMhelps immune system, fights infection and aids circulation
~MAGNESIUMhelps to relax you, aids stress and muscle relaxing
~CHROMIUMimproves insulin sensitivity, and helps lower blood sugar.
~ZINC every day.

I use to have a Comfort Zone
Where I knew I couldn't fail
The same four walls of busy work
Were really more like jail.

I longed so much to do the things
I'd never done before,
But I stayed inside my Comfort Zone
And paced the same old floor

I claimed to be so busy
With the things inside my zone,
But deep inside I longed for
Something special of my own.

I couldn't let my life go by,
Just watching others win.
I held my breath and stepped outside
And let the change begin.

I took a step and with new strength
I'd never felt before,
I kissed my Comfort Zone 'goodbye'
And closed and locked the door.

If you are in a Comfort Zone,
Afraid to venture out,
Remember that all winners were
At one time filled with doubt.

A step or two and words of praise,
Can make your dreams come true.
Greet your future with a smile,
Success is there for you!

My friend Emma and I watched a brand-new mobile home being towed past us as we drove down Interstate 40 near Nashville. "There goes our house," I joked.

A caravan of seven identical trucks went rolling by, one after the other. As the last house disappeared from sight, Emma declared, "And there goes the neighborhood."

My wife asked me to help one of our neighbors, a young mother whose sailor husband was at sea. Her car had to have something called a freeze plug replaced -- a job that took two days. Then I discovered the battery was dead and the starter was shot, so I fixed those too. Days later I proudly handed the woman her keys saying, "Now your car is good for many more miles."

"Thanks," she said. "All I care is it runs long enough to make it to the dealer. I'm trading it in tomorrow."

After living in the United States for 17 years, my Chinese friend Mabel applied for citizenship. She passed her exam with flying colors. Although she had officially joined a new country, she discovered she hadn't really left her old one behind.

"They gave me an American flag as a welcome gift," she told me. "The tag on it said 'Made in China.' "

~~~
My adult son was having serious trouble breathing, so I called for an ambulance. I was surprised to find him smiling when I got to the hospital. "What's so funny?" I asked.
"I'm just glad to be here," he explained. "When I looked up at the two EMTs hovering over me, I caught a glimpse of their name tags. One guy's read 'Priest' and the other said 'Buzzard.' "
~~~

Days after I moved into a new condo, my neighbor came over to welcome me. At the end of her visit, she said, "By the way, my husband said he'd give you $20 for your wind chimes."

"He can get them cheaper in a store," I pointed out.

"I know, but he wants yours," she said. "They've been keeping him up at night."

I pray for all of you that your day is blessed and your path is straight.
