*********************BETTER DIGESTION****************
One of the Symptoms I no longer suffer from since I started this reversing diabetes Diet is heartburn. I also had a problem with post prandial sickness. It was awful, I'd flush with fever, and feel like I was going to vomit after nearly every meal. somehow, just eating better caused those symptoms and so many others to fade like snow in the Spring. I'm not sure exactly what caused this particular turn-around but I can give a few good ideas on how to counteract general digestive disturbances.

Most of us seem to rock along with really poor gut flora balances, then if there is a problem popping up we rush to the Doctor and get a drug or quick fix that masks the problem and often will make it worse in the long run.

The widespread over-prescribed and wrongly-prescribed Antibiotics causes the Candida Albacans portion of our intestinal flora to increase. In time this will cause a condition called Leaky Gut.See Leaky Gut syndrome.

Over what can be many years it is little wonder that we start to feel constantly debilitated, fatigued, washed-out, lacking in get-up-and-go.
It is also little surprise that many people find their lives dogged further human digestion problems such as either constipation, or diarrhea, or both (in an alternating hellish cycle!). In between these 'delights' we also suffer flatulence, bloating, even substantial pain and discomfort. Not to mention often experiencing severely affected sleep patterns, being woken with nausea, acidity and worse.
We can come to see these traumas as something we just have to live with. This is a dangerous and misguided belief. It is, in actual fact, imperative that we do what we can to get things back on track, and to be honest, as with so many things, the ONLY answer is concerted effort to establish effective positive lifestyle change.

I had a conversation with a friend yesterday, she's elderly and has been suffering with what she calls "stomach problems". This, in her generation, is a euphemism for any of a host of digestive troubles. In her case there is an obstruction and she has been tested for what it is exactly causing the problems. I have talked to her frequently on health topics, and while she is not adverse to hearing them she does not want to give up her eating habits. She and her also ailing husband eat a diet of all prepared foods, nothing raw, "because they repeat on her". They eat foods deep fried in used and re-used vegetable oils.

Vegetables and fruits consumed are from cans and then re-heated rendering them not only completely devoid of any nutritive value but actually poisoning to their already age-compromised bodies. Years of poor eating choices have them both of them with no place to go soon but a nursing home, where there are no more choices to revert to a good diet.

My pleas and earnest lecturing are met with indulgent smiles. There is no way they will change their present habits because it's how they've always done things and anything else is unfamiliar territory [read:do not go there].

Eating right includes lots of leafy green and orange vegetables and fruits, served raw. Rule of thumb, any brightly colored fruit or vegetable is good, really good. Especially eat lots of the cruciferous vegetables See cruciferous vegetables.

Another excellent rule is to use only good fats, coconut oil, olive oil, and flax seed oil, and then only raw, do not heat them. Eat lots of good fats, EFA's[essential fatty acids], small oily cold water fish.

Meats should be eaten only if they are range-fed, and not hormone or antibiotically enhanced.

What not to eat: Genetically modified foods, processed foods, fast foods, foods cooked on high temperatures.

I have been taking my CellPower™that helps control cravings, adds enzymes and fights diseases and fungi. It is most certainly a big reason My digestive system is so much better.

Also: SELENIUMhelps immune system, fights infection and aids circulation
~MAGNESIUMhelps to relax you, aids stress and muscle relaxing
~CHROMIUMimproves insulin sensitivity, and helps lower blood sugar.
~ZINC especially to help you heal.
I also eat, one of the best fats for the Omega-3~6 balance and losing weight.
~coconut oil

Also I really have to give you one little miracle I know to be true: Cinnamon, but it needs to be pure and at least a teaspoon per meal to do any good. It really lowers my blood glucose levels. OH AND SO DOES CELERY, EAT LOTS OF CELERY!

Qualities of Leadership
Can you imagine working at the following Company? It has a little over 500 employees with the following statistics:
29 have been accused of spousal abuse
7 have been arrested for fraud
19 have been accused of writing bad checks
117 have bankrupted at least two businesses
3 have been arrested for assault
71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
8 have been arrested for shoplifting
21 are current defendants in lawsuits

Can you guess which organization this is?
***
It's the 535 members of the United States Congress. The same group that perpetually cranks out hundreds upon hundreds of new laws designed to keep the rest of us in line.

Employee Placement Method
Does your organization struggle with the problem of properly fitting people to jobs? Here is a handy hint for ensuring success in job placement. Take the prospective employees you are trying to place and put them in a room with only a table and two chairs. Leave them alone for two hours, without any instruction. At the end of that time, go back and see what they are doing.
- If they have taken the table apart in that time, put them in Engineering.
- If they are counting the butts in the ashtray, assign them to Finance.
- If they are screaming and waving their arms, send them off to Manufacturing.
- If they are talking to the chairs, Personnel is a good spot for them.
- If they are writing up the experience, send them to Tech Pubs.
- If they don't even look up when you enter the room, assign them to Security.
- If they try to tell you it's not as bad as it looks, send them to Marketing.
- If they've left early, put them in Sales.
- And if they're all bullying each other, they're Management material.

A photographer used a cell phone to call the local airport to charter a flight. He was told a twin engine plane would be waiting for him at the
airport.

Arriving at the airfield, he spotted a plane warming up outside a hanger. He jumped in with his bag, slammed the door shut, and shouted, 'Let's go'. The pilot
taxied out, swung the plane into the wind and took off.

Once in the air, the photographer instructed the pilot, 'Fly over the valley and make low passes so I can take pictures of the fires on the hillsides.'

'Why?' asked the pilot.

'Because I'm a photographer for Fox Cable News,' he responded. 'And I need to get some close up shots.'

The pilot was strangely silent for a moment, finally he stammered, 'So, what you're telling me, is . . you're NOT my flight instructor?'
