Candidiasis/Diabetes/alphabet disease connection

In the blog entry IBS,HEMMORHOIDS, CANDIDIASIS; THE BOWEL CONNECTION we explored the connection between IBS [one of the alphabet diseases I want to talk about today] and candidiasis. Usually if someones candidiasis is cleared up then so does the IBS, so I'd say that's pretty much a given. In the blog entry The Candidasis/Leaky gut/Diabetes connection We discovered that Leaky Gut; a condition brought about by candidiasis run rampant for years creating a bowel with extra huge openings in it allowing for impurities to be released into the bloodstream along with the nutrients. This causes great hardship to the Liver whose job is to filter bad stuff. It can no longer do it's job so it allows the body to become overrun by these impurities, and sickness occurs.

Let's go back to some of the symptoms of second and third stage candidiasis: Second stage:PAIN, HEADACHES (including Migraine), EXTREME FATIGUE, PSORIASIS, INFECTIONS OF THE NAILS, MUSCLE ACHES, JOINT PAINS, AND ARTHRITIS, Third stage:HOPELESS CRYING" SPELLS, SEVERE DEPRESSION, SLEEP DISORDERS (may include insomnia, confusion dreams, nightmares, apnea, and not feeling rested or restored after sleep), IRRATIONAL THOUGHTS, UNUSUAL FEARS, PHOBIAS, PANIC/ANXIETY ATTACKS, MUSCLE TWITCHING, IRRITABILITY, VIOLENCE, AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR, and even EPILEPTIC SEIZURES and THOUGHTS OF DEATH OR SUICIDE.

Now I ask you do any of these sound like any of the Alphabet diseases? Fibromyalgia Syndrome[FMS], Chronic Fatigue Syndrome[CFS], and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities [MCS], Irritable Bowel syndrome[IBS] -I'd be irritable too if that much poison was running through me.

I have many friends with one or more of the alphabet diseases, one of them said this:
"Dr. William Crook wrote his books in the 1980's, and when I was at the CFIDS clinic in the 1991 they were just starting to look at Candida as a major co-factor. I have read when people get rid of Candida their IBS and MCS clear up. If you think of a bunch of yeast living in your gut releasing mycotoxins, no wonder your liver is clogged up and you have IBS, MCS, etc which lead to FM, CFS.
Also, most of us had vats of antibiotics growing up and some type of birth control pill plus Wonder Bread and sugar.
It's a Wonder we are even alive....."

I remember reading about Candidiasis way back in the 1970's when it was disease-of-the-week, I thought back to when I was 5 and Penicillin was still pretty new, we were under socialized Medicine, as an Army dependant living in Germany and I had a bad case of tonsillitis. The doctor reasoned that if a little penicillin was good then a lot had to be better, so I was given a lot. I remember overhearing this while my doctor was talking to my parents. Then I was raised on boxed Mac n' Cheese, Fritoes and Coca Cola. All the elements [overuse of antibiotics, poor food choices] were in place for a lifetime of overgrown Candida Albacans. Then when I took birth control pills at age 20 That was it, I had a massive stroke and started on the downward slope, the Chemical sensitivities manifested in a total inability to take any medications that didn't result in severe side effects..

I was extremely iron deficient as a child, I was also severely constipated not only from high doses of Iron supplements but also the flourishing fungus amungus.

When I was in my early-forties I was attacked by a young man who was drugged, He rearranged my spine just enough for my neck to be out-of-place permanently. Not much later I began to have small pools of pain sprouting in several areas of my back.

I know the injury was the 'cause' of the Fibromyalgia, but I doubt if the injury would have been enough to cause it without the mediating influence of the Candida flora.

Now I can't prove there is a connection, but if you see any of your symptoms to your alphabet diseases in the above list It wouldn't hurt to stop feeding the Candida. Candida thrives on sugar and Yeasts.

I read recently that we crave the very foods that are the worst for us, that we are allergic to or are just injurious. For me it's chocolate anything surgery, and breads.

Think about it, if this is you, or maybe it's just in the ballpark of your symptoms, what can it hurt to do an eliminating diet? Try cutting out all sugars, all wheat and yeast foods.

I also use
for the overgrowth and it really helps to jump start the elimination,
and CellPower™ which is a fungus killer.
and for maintenance I also use:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.

Alcohol isn't the only beverage to avoid if you take painkillers

(1)
Alcohol isn't the only beverage to avoid if you take painkillers

Doctors have warned for years not to drink alcohol when you take acetaminophen. The combination of alcohol and this painkiller can damage your liver. But researchers at the University of Washington say this isn't the only potentially lethal combination to watch out for. And nobody is warning you about it, except me.

In their recent study, the researchers found two other beverages that can cause a harmful interaction - coffee or soft drinks. They say the combination of acetaminophen and caffeine can be dangerous.

Acetaminophen, otherwise known as Tylenol or Anacin-3, is an ingredient in Percocet and Vicodin. You'll also find it in many cold and flu medications. When it breaks down, researchers found, acetaminophen produces a toxic byproduct. But that's not all! They also discovered that caffeine triples the amount of this toxin. This is the same toxin that causes liver problems when you mix the painkiller with alcohol. Other substances, including Phenobarbital and St John's wort, boost the levels of this same byproduct.

And if you suffer from migraines or menstrual pain, watch out! Some drug manufacturers deliberately combine acetaminophen with caffeine to treat these ailments. For instance, Excedrin is one that's loaded with caffeine. If you're taking any of these drugs, lower your caffeine consumption to a minimum. Don't drink more than one or two servings a day - especially if you're also drinking alcohol.

Bottom line: Take acetaminophen only when necessary. And take as little as possible. If you can't avoid this painkiller, try not to drink caffeine or alcohol. While studies have shown liver damage with high amounts of either caffeine or alcohol, some people are more sensitive than others to toxins.

What if you simply can't avoid caffeine or alcohol while taking acetaminophen?

We all know alcohol is contra-indicated to be taken with Tylenol.

(2)
Long-time alcohol users who take acetaminophen in therapeutic or modestly excessive doses are at risk for severe hepatic injury and possibly acute liver failure. Diagnosis may be difficult because presenting symptoms are vague. The authors review management of acetaminophen toxicity in both users and nonusers of alcohol and emphasize the need for greater awareness among healthcare providers and acetaminophen users of this preventable and treatable condition.

Adding caffeine to acetaminophen just increases the toxicity of the pain reliever, yet is done routinely. Our Livers are taxed to the max already by the free radical bombardment our bodies are faced with every day, the stresses of modern life and the constant Chemical stew we eat, breathe and drink in all day- every day are one of the main reasons we are subjected to a myriad of life-threatening diseases in epidemic proportions.

I simply don't take any acetaminophen, if it is at all possible. I allow my brain's endorphins to relieve my pain, Now this doesn't always work, sometimes I hurt really bad at night and cannot sleep, if a heatuing pad or hot shower don't work and the Nikken far infrared machine doesn't help enough I do take one regular strength tylenol. I think I've had one since January of this year.

Mostly I rely on CellPower™ everyday keeps me from ever getting sick. I take it for the ph adjusting, the enzymes and protection from infectious illnesses. Also:

A prisoner in jail receives a letter from his wife: "Dear Husband, I have decided to plant some lettuce in the back garden. When is the best time to plant them?" The prisoner, knowing that the prison guards read all mail, replied in a letter: "Dear Wife, whatever you do, do not touch the back garden. That is where I hid all the money." A week or so later, he received another letter from his wife: "Dear Husband, You wouldn't believe what happened, some men came with shovels to the house, and dug up all the back garden." The prisoner wrote another letter back: "Dear wife, now is the best time to plant the lettuce."

My husband and I have always exchanged chores around the house, including doing the dishes, which I hate to do, and mowing the lawn, which he hates to do. This worked to our mutual satisfaction until he began to be bothered by people in passing cars staring at him as he relaxed while I mowed.

He solved the problem by presenting me with a T-shirt to wear while I was cutting the grass. On the front, big letters said: "IT'S ALL RIGHT." The back of the T-shirt proclaimed: "HE DOES THE DISHES."

HONEY :THE SHORT AND SWEET and good health

(1)
Honey is a treat, and is man's oldest sweetener. It is an excellent substitute for sugar in our drinks and food. It is also good for many medicinal uses and treating certain conditions. Reliance on commercialized medicines which contain too many chemicals can become hazardous to our health.

BENEFITS:

1-It contains; glucose and fructose and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium chlorine, sulphur, iron and phosphate, vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3 all of which change according to the qualities of the nectar and pollen. Besides the above, copper, iodine, and zinc as well as Several kinds of hormones.

2-If you have seasonal allergies local honey can be helpful. Bees gather local pollens and after it's made into honey it creates a resistance to pollen-generated allergies.

3-honey has the ability to attract moisture so it's great for skin and added to olive oil for hair too.

4-For a sore throat honey has antimicrobial properties and if you add lemon juice to it it's quite soothing and healing.

5-For wounds it kill viruses, bacteria, and fungus making it a good wound dressing. Many types of bacteria can’t survive in honey, so wounds heal, swelling eases, and tissue can grow back.

6-Honey may also be effective in the treatment of your ulcers.In Europe, honey has been used internally to help cure ulcers, particularly stomach ulcers

7-It also works great applied liberally on burns-Many types of bacteria can’t survive in honey, so wounds heal, swelling eases, and tissue can grow back.

8- A teaspoon of honey will aid the digestion also allowing a sluggish bowel to expel it's contents.

9- It has a marvelous antioxidant that liberates and flushes free radicals.

10-Raw honey in green tea causes a significantly lower rise in blood sugar levels than other sugars.

But it has to be raw honey, pasteurizing it absolutely ruins it and it becomes just another sugar, ready willing and able to raise your blood sugar levels and little else. Like overheating other foods it renders it another non-food item just something that's a moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips.

Pasteurized foods like honey and milk are not just not healthy, they are now unhealthy, not recognized in the body as food, and whatever isn't food is rejected as a poison taxing our immune system. Yes it goes into the digestive system like normal, but the other organs that depend upon the proper nutrients, like the bone marrow that makes healthy blood, the liver that filters impurities, the pancreas that manufactures insulin, the spleen that creates an atmosphere of healing, the colon and kidneys that rid the body of wastes are not given the basic building blocks necessary for continued health, so somewhere down the line illness happens and pharmaceuticals are ingested to cover[or mask]the manifestation of that illness.

Those pharmaceuticals are also unhealthy because the very definition of a drug is that it causes a reaction [side effects]. Pretty soon the patient not only has a disease but also chemicals that are not recognized by the body as nutrients fouling up the delicate balances of the various systems. Then because one drug causes an adverse reaction, like GERD or stomach aches another drug is prescribed [that will inevitably CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS]. The human body has amazing recuperative properties and will heal itself.

~~~digression~~~
Yes, we have, at least in the Industrialized nations, pretty much eradicated diseases like typhoid, Cholera, Chicken pox, measles, mumps and small pox, but we now have an epidemic of Type 2 diabetes-even in young children! Also on the rise are Lupus, MS, HIV AIDS, AUTISM and I could go on and on. Some Cancers for instance that were rare or non-existent 50 years ago are rampant. Now, many extremely rare diseases of yesterday are listed as 1 in 166 or even 1 in 4 as to the numbers of people contracting them and even dying of them. It's not all due to alcohol and cigarettes, my friends, our sedentary lifestyles, our increasing drug use- illegal and/or sanctioned [what's the diff to our bodies], our unhealthy foods and poor diet choices are taking their toll. Most people nowadays can look forward to maybe 70 years of life but the last 15 or so many, if not most, will suffer in ill health for that time.
~~~ end digression~~~

I am not even mentioning the effects of many of the food additives like High fructose corn syrup, MSG, and dyes. All of them have their own dangers.

I find taking CellPower™ everyday keeps me from ever getting sick no matter what I'm exposed to and trust me I get exposed.....

Proper Narrative Descriptions

It has come to our attention from several Police and Fire Dept reports, that narratives have taken a decidedly creative direction lately. Effective
immediately, all members are to refrain from using slang and abbreviations to describe victims, patients and/or suspects as the following:

1. Cardiac patients should not be referred to with MUH (messed up heart), PBS (pretty bad shape), PCL (Pre-code looking) or HIBGIA (had it before, got it again).

2. Stroke patients are NOT "Charlie Carrots." Nor are rescuers to use CCFCCP (Coo Coo for Cocoa Puffs) to describe their mental state.

3. Trauma patients are not CATS (cut all to shreds), FDGB ( fall down, go boom), TBC (total body crunch) or "hamburger helper." Similarly, descriptions of a car crash do not have to include phrases like "negative vehicle to vehicle interface" or "terminal deceleration syndrome."

4. HAZMAT teams are highly trained professionals, not "glow worms."

5. Persons with altered mental states as a result of drug use are not considered "pharmaceutically gifted."

6. Gunshot wounds to the head are not "trans-occipital implants."

7. The homeless are not "urban outdoors people" or "residentially challenged" nor is endotracheal intubation referred to as a "PVC challenge."

8. And finally, do not refer to recently deceased persons as being "paws up," ART (assuming room temperatures), DRT (dead right there), CC (cancel Christmas), CTD (circling the drain), or NLPR (no longer playing records).

I know you will join me in respecting the cultural diversity of our community, to include their medical orientations in creating proper narratives and log entries.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

From the Manitoba Herald, Canada (a very underground paper):

The flood of American liberals sneaking across the border into Canada has intensified in the past week, sparking calls for increased patrols to stop the illegal immigration.

The actions of President Bush are prompting the exodus among left-leaning citizens who fear they'll soon be required to hunt, pray, and agree with Bill O'Reilly.

Canadian border farmers say it's not uncommon to see dozens of sociology professors, animal-rights activists and Unitarians crossing their fields at night.

"I went out to milk the cows the other day, and there was a Hollywood producer huddled in the barn," said Manitoba farmer Red Greenfield, whose acreage borders North Dakota. The producer was cold, exhausted and hungry. He asked me if I could spare a latte and some free-range chicken.

"When I said I didn't have any, he left. Didn't even get a chance to show him my screenplay, eh?"

In an effort to stop the illegal aliens, Greenfield erected higher fences, but the liberals scaled them. So he tried installing speakers,that blare Rush Limbaugh across the fields. "Not real effective," he said. "The liberals still got through, and Rush annoyed the cows so much they wouldn't give milk."

Officials are particularly concerned about smugglers who meet liberals near the Canadian border, pack them into Volvo station wagons, drive them across the border and leave them to fend for themselves.

"A lot of these people are not prepared for rugged conditions," an Ontario border patrolman said. "I found one carload without a drop of drinking water. "They did have a nice little Napa Valley cabernet, though."

When liberals are caught, they're sent back across the border, often wailing loudly that they fear retribution from conservatives. Rumors have been circulating about the Bush administration establishing re-education camps in which liberals will be forced to drink domestic beer and watch NASCAR races.

In recent days, liberals have turned to sometimes-ingenious ways of crossing the border. Some have taken to posing as senior citizens on bus trips to buy cheap Canadian prescription drugs. After catching a half-dozen young vegans disguised in powdered wigs, Canadian immigration authorities began stopping buses and quizzing the supposed senior-citizen passengers on Perry Como and Rosemary Clooney hits to prove they were alive in the '50s.

"If they can't identify the accordion player on The Lawrence Welk Show, we get suspicious about their age," an official said. Canadian citizens have complained that the illegal immigrants are creating an organic-broccoli shortage and renting all the good Susan Sarandon movies.

"I feel sorry for American liberals, but the Canadian economy just can't support them," an Ottawa resident said . "How many art-history majors or sociology professors does one country need?"

Jim and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital. One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Jim suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there. Edna promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled Jim out.

When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act, she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered her to be mentally stable. When she went to tell Edna the news she said, "Edna, I have good news and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged; since you were able to rationally respond to a Crisis by jumping in and saving the life of another patient, I have concluded that your act displays sound mindedness.

The bad news is, Jim, the patient you saved, hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he's dead."

Edna replied, "He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry. How soon can I go home?"

The Flu Vaccine and Antiviral Drugs Won't Stop the Coming Flu Pandemic

There are many articles written these days on the dangers of vaccines, the thimerasol in the vaccines that contains Mercury, formaldehyde, aluminum, and other harmful ingredients that are routinely give to children and might be the cause of Autism, note: Amish children are not as at-risk for Autism and it could be that they don't allow such vaccines. Now we find out that they up-coming flu epidemic won't be much by the vaccines that are touted every where we go.

please check out all of the sources below for much more information than I can put in a small blog entry.....

(1)
As you may have heard, the world is overdue for a serious flu pandemic that is expected to kill millions of people. In an attempt to control such a situation, governments in many countries are stockpiling flu vaccines and antiviral drugs. The problem is, they don't work as well as researchers originally thought. Especially in older folks.

It's thought that this flu explosion will begin in China as a result of a strain of bird flu. What's scary is that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that this strain has mutated many times. And to make matters worse, many of these mutations are now resistant to the antiviral drugs we've stockpiled.

Tamiflu is one antiviral that is effective, but it's a patented drug and not widely available. Besides, the bird flu keeps mutating. What works today won't necessarily work tomorrow. Antivirals won't cure you of the flu. There is no cure for a virus. The best they can do is to reduce symptoms and keep it from spreading quickly.

But there's plenty you can do now to prepare for the pandemic. Get ready now, and don't depend on any vaccine to keep you healthy. Here are some of my suggestions as we head into flu season. You can find more details in past articles from my newsletter, available on my website, http://www.womenshealthletter.com, to all newsletter subscribers.

An 80-year-old man was having his annual checkup and the doctor asked him how he was feeling.

"I've never been better!" he boasted. "I've got an eighteen-year-old bride who's pregnant and having my child! What do you think about that?"

The doctor considered this for a moment, then said, "Let me tell you a story. I knew a man who was an avid hunter. He never missed a season. But one day he went out in a bit of a hurry and he accidentally grabbed his umbrella instead of his gun." The doctor continued, "So he was in the woods and suddenly a grizzly bear appeared in front of him! He raised up his umbrella, pointed it at the bear and squeezed the handle."

"And do you know what happened?" the doctor queried.

Dumbfounded, the old man replied, "No."

The doctor continued, "The bear dropped dead in front of him!"

"That's impossible!" exclaimed the old man. "Someone else must have shot that bear."

"That's kind of what I'm getting at ..." replied the doctor.

NEW DANGER POSED BY HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP

Scientists discover new danger in high fructose corn syrup

(1)
Many people think high-fructose corn syrup is a natural sweetener. And many think it's healthier than regular sugar. It's neither. In fact, this popular sweetener is a man-made sugar made from corn. And we know it can contribute to heart disease, diabetes, and a number of other health problems. But now we're finding out that it's even more dangerous than we thought.

High-fructose corn syrup creates highly reactive compounds that damage tissues and contribute to disease. We call these compounds carbonyls. And doctors typically find high amounts of them in the blood of diabetics. Carbonyls also can cause diabetic complications, such as foot ulcers, neuropathy, and deteriorating eyesight.

A recent study out of Rutgers University found extremely high levels of these nasty carbonyls in soft drinks sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup. Dr. Chi-Tang Ho and his colleagues at Rutgers University believe that a single can of soda sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup has five times more reactive carbonyls than a diabetic adult. And diabetics already have too many carbonyls!

I've talked about the dangers of high-fructose corn syrup before. So you may know that it raises cholesterol and LDL (bad) cholesterol, increases inflammation, and contributes to immune problems. But you may not know how severe the problem is.

High-fructose corn syrup has infiltrated our food supply. It's literally everywhere. Many so-called "fruit" drinks are little more than water, high-fructose corn syrup, and a little fruit juice for flavoring.

Read the labels of the foods you buy and you'll be astonished. It's in everything from breakfast cereals to cough syrups, cottage cheese, yogurt, salad dressings, and ice cream. In fact, it's hard to find a food sweetened with plain old sugar any more. Too bad. Cane sugar doesn't produce carbonyls.

They make high fructose corn syrup by treating cornstarch with enzymes. At least one of these enzymes is genetically modified (GMO). This process turns some of the glucose into fructose. Cornstarch and corn syrup are 100% glucose, which doesn't create carbonyls. But when you turn some of it to fructose, you get unstable molecules that cause problems.

Soft drinks and fruit juices obviously contain more high-fructose corn syrup - and carbonyls - than ketchup and salad dressings. But a small amount in a number of food products adds up. It's time to read labels and choose foods without high-fructose corn syrup. Eliminating trans fats was the first step. Now take the next one.

(2)
In the past, fructose was considered beneficial to diabetics because it is absorbed only 40 percent as quickly as glucose and causes only a modest rise in blood sugar. However, research on other hormonal factors suggests that fructose actually promotes disease more readily than glucose. Glucose is metabolized in every cell in the body but all fructose must be metabolized in the liver. The livers of test animals fed large amounts of fructose develop fatty deposits and cirrhosis, similar to problems that develop in the livers of alcoholics.

Pure fructose contains no enzymes, vitamins or minerals and robs the body of its micronutrient treasures in order to assimilate itself for physiological use. While naturally occurring sugars, as well as sucrose, contain fructose bound to other sugars, high fructose corn syrup contains a good deal of "free" or unbound fructose. Research indicates that this free fructose interferes with the heart’s use of key minerals like magnesium, copper and chromium. Among other consequences, HFCS has been implicated in elevated blood cholesterol levels and the creation of blood clots. It has been found to inhibit the action of white blood cells so that they are unable to defend the body against harmful foreign invaders.

I quit eating any HFCS and GM food, AND processed foods but I do take:
CellPower™

also I'm using:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.

I was sitting in the foyer of a bank when a young man walked by, and then stopped for a moment on his way out. I noticed that one of the latches on his overstuffed briefcase was unfastened, putting strain on the remaining latch. "You're going to lose the contents of your briefcase," I warned him.

OTHERS REVERSING DIABETES

IN an attempt to find SOMETHING to write about I was trawling other people's sites for how they are reversing their diabetes. Everyone has their own way and it apparently works for them. I thing just changing enough of what we were doing makes for a healing experience. While I could never, as one man did; go Vegan, he must have done something right, because it worked for him. Another person switched to a lo-fat, lo-protein diet, I guess that is probably an all vegetable diet too. I did see some kind of scary things people advocated and that is soy and corn on a diabetic diet, or any flour. But it took me quite a while of investigative research to find the flaws therein also. What I'm trying to say is this, This is MY journey and it might not work for everyone out there.
However one important thing is, I'd heard several times of people reversing their diabetes which gave me hope and yet no one ever really told me how they did it.

There are a few immutable facts and I'm trying to simplify someone Else's search for their way to do it.

Diet and exercise: While both of these will vary with different people, I think there are some basics here for both categories.

Diet- It has to be best to eat real food, foods without added chemicals but I suppose you can go by the 'conventional wisdom' i.e. the ADA way and do the food exchanges. I wouldn't; but you could. Why exacerbate poor health by eating any processed foods or highly pasteurized, Genetically modified, or adulterated[chemical-laden fake foods]. I guess I'd suggest whole foods lightly cooked or raw, fresh and non-GM.

Exercise-well this is where I see lots of variation, I'm sure it would be best to start a vigorous sweaty, heavy breathing cardio, and aerobic kind of plan, but it doesn't take into account that many with diabetes type 2 are not able to engage in anything strenuous. People with RA, FM, obesity, or other kinds of limiting diseases might need to start slower. Some people like me whose feet were made for sitting might need a different approach instead of the oft-mentioned panacea of walking.

Bicycling would be a great idea, and I'm planning to get a bike as soon as possible. I doubt if biking in the cold snowy weather we are expecting soon will work, we had a stationary bike but it was rusted and the seat wouldn't go down for me to be able to get on it, And you thought 'garden gnome' was just a cute self-deprecating name for myself......

There are a few 'tricks' to reversing diabets they include large doses of cinnamon will lower the blood sugar. I use one that includes the four essential minerals for Diabetics, Fenugreek,Gymnema sylvestre, and Biotin for healing diabetes.

There is also ALPHA LIPOIC ACID as I went into great detail concerning in the:
alpha lipoic acid blog.

There is also the Acid-Alkaline connection I've written about often: I.e. alkalizing your body blog entry.

I've also heavily discussed the benefits of enzymes:What enzymes do for us blog entry.

We talked about causes of Diabetes in our lives:alloxan causes diabetes its in your bread.

I am personally convinced it is the CellPower™ cellpower~natural cures,natural alternative medicine,body rescue alkalizing,most alkalizing,alkalizing drops,body ph health<br />natural healing,cell health,oxygenate,cellpower,detoxify;that has effected the best changes for me. I've been careful to use it as directed and my acid-alkaline balance has leveled out, my blood sugar stays low regardless of my food intake, I's really changed my life, other things I take are:coconut oil

is great for cooking and for continued weight loss. I really notice the difference in my weight control when I'm out of it for a while.
AND:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
Every day.
And one each of the four essential minerals each day:
~SELENIUMhelps immune system,fights infection and aids circulation
~MAGNESIUMhelps to relax you, aids stress and muscle relaxing
~CHROMIUMimproves insulin sensitivity, and helps lower blood sugar.
~ZINC every day.

~~~~Jokes And inspirations~~~~
Pulling into my service station 45 minutes late one morning, I shouted to the customers, "I'll turn the pumps on right away!" What I didn't know was that the night crew had left them on all night. By the time I got to the office, most of the cars had filled up and driven off. Only one customer stayed to pay. My heart sank. Then the customer pulled a wad of cash from his pocket and handed it to me. "We kept passing the money to the last guy," he said. "We figured you'd get here sooner or later."
~~~
Our first day at a resort my wife and I decided to hit the beach. When I went back to our room to get something to drink, one of the hotel maids was making our bed. I grabbed my cooler and was on my way out when I paused and asked, "Can we drink beer on the beach?"

"Sure," she said, "but I have to finish the rest of the rooms first."

The company I work for offers tours through the historic district of Annapolis, Md., led by guides dressed in Colonial clothing. While leading a group, Dave, one of our guides, tripped and fell, breaking his wrist. He went to the hospital, and as he sat waiting in the emergency room, a policeman walked by. Doing a double take at Dave in his 18th-century garb, he asked, "Just how long have you been waiting?"

~~~
I became friendly with the fortune-teller, one of the more popular attractions at the amusement park where I worked. One chilly, windy afternoon, I stopped to chat. "How's business?" I asked. Not good, she said. Only two customers had come by. She then added, "If I'd only known things were going to be this quiet, I wouldn't have bothered to open."
We sell greeting cards at my drugstore. A young woman handed me one to ring up. It read "To the one and only man in my life." Then she handed me a second card -- with the same message.
A co-worker had a unique scheme to meet women. He'd call numbers at random from the phone book. If a man picked up, he apologized for dialing the "wrong" number. But when a woman answered, he'd strike up a conversation. One day, the department manager overheard him bragging how he averaged two dates a week from this ploy. Was he fired? Did he receive a reprimand? No, he was named Director of Telemarketing
~~~
My colleague used to work as a receptionist at an upscale salon. After greeting clients, she would ask them to change into a protective gown. One afternoon a serious-looking businessman entered the salon, and was directed to the changing room and told the gowns were hanging on the hooks inside. Minutes later he emerged. "I'm ready," he called out. My friend gasped. Instead of a gown, the man was wearing something another client had left hanging in the room -- a floral blouse with shoulder pads.
~~~
I was getting ready for a tag sale one summer day. Since it was so humid out, I decided to stay inside my air-conditioned house and mark the special stickers I had bought for the sale. Then I slapped them on my blouse, ran outside, stuck them on the appropriate items and rushed back inside. I did this until every item was labeled. Later that day a UPS man came by the house with a delivery. I noticed that as I was signing for the package, he seemed ill at ease. It was only after he left that I noticed there was one sticker still attached to the front of my blouse. It read "Make me an offer."
~~~
When my wife and I showed up at a very popular restaurant, it was crowded. My wife went up to the hostess and asked, "Will it be long?" The hostess, ignoring her, kept writing in her book. My wife again asked, "How much of a wait?"

The woman looked up. "About ten minutes."

A short time later we heard an announcement over the loudspeaker: "Willette B. Long, your table is ready."

IBS,HEMORRHOIDS, CANDIDIASIS; THE BOWEL CONNECTION

"There's Fungus among us" is a frequent lament with Diabetes type2 people. Toe nail fungus, Athletes foot, Thrush and overloads of Candida Albicans in the bowel. For me the Candida locks up my colon and makes constipation a constant fact of life.
Just do a search for diabetes-candidiasis or diabetes-IBS and you'll see so many sites deal with the connection it is overwhelming, toss in Fibromyalgia and you'll see that all of this is interrelated.

I tried taking
for the overgrowth and it really helps until it goes nuts again, I've also had rounds of taking probiotics, and they reallly help too.

Of course When the IBS kicks in I have trouble with constipation, and since I've had problematic hemorrhoids for forever I get flare-ups with them too. However, when I took Venapro. I never again had a flare up, and it's been a few years since I took it.

(1)
We've all been there. Abdominal cramps, bloating, gas, diarrhea (possibly painful), or constipation.
But most of us haven't had to deal with these severe, painful symptoms day after day, or have them flare up unexpectedly every few months. Those who do may have irritable bowel syndrome.
Although IBS is one of the most common complaints reported to physicians, especially by women, it is not a disease or an infection. And it is not caused by diabetes. It is, rather, a disorder in which the bowel (large intestine) does not work the way it should.
Hormonal changes can also cause IBS, which is why women with this difficulty may suffer increased symptoms during menstruation.
There is some controversy as to whether stress actually causes IBS, but it can definitely bring on a flare-up in those who already have the problem.
Yoder also advises monitoring your blood glucose (sugar) frequently while you're doing your detective work. That will help you pinpoint the way new foods affect your blood glucose, especially during flare-ups.
"Talk with your doctor or dietitian about eating smaller meals, then filling out your food plan with snacks," Yoder adds. "This will also help keep your diabetes in control while helping prevent IBS flare-ups; smaller meals will produce less stimulation along the gastrointestinal tract."

I'm not so sure about that, In my experience smaller meals make my bowel more sluggish less inclined to keep on moving along. I really feel more raw foods help. I think the enzyme/fiber connection really rocks.

As for thrush, toe nail fungus and candidiasis in the gut I swear by CellPower™
I use a few drops 1:3 of cellpower on my toothbrush for thrush, a few drops full strength under my toenails for nail fungus and take it three times per day to control the candidiasis in my colon. And it contains enzymes!!!

(2)
~In the First Stage of Candida, the mucous membrane areas of the body may be infected. Each day more people seem to be allergic to everything in their environment. Repeated bouts of bronchitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and strep or staph infections may be typical. Mononucleosis and pneumonia may also be noted. It is easy to perceive that each of these successive illnesses requires more and more antibiotics, which may open the door for further Candida overgrowth. Talk about a vicious circle!
~The Second Stage of Candida Symptoms may involve more generalized reactions such as PAIN, HEADACHES (including Migraine), EXTREME FATIGUE, PSORIASIS, INFECTIONS OF THE NAILS, MUSCLE ACHES, JOINT PAINS, AND ARTHRITIS. Naturally, drug after drug is usually taken in hopes of alleviating these miserable conditions. In most cases, the Candida SYMPTOMS alone are being treated--while the CAUSE (Candida overgrowth) may be literally being PROMOTED at the same time!
~The Third Stage of Candida Symptoms may involve MENTAL and BEHAVIORAL RESPONSES: Inability to concentrate, not being able to read or follow a television program or carry on a hobby, serious forgetfulness, memory loss, mental confusion, not being able to think of the words to say something, switching around of words and letters when trying to speak and/or write something, loss of previous skills (such as how-to-type or how-to-play-the-piano, etc.) These frightening problems may often lead to "HOPELESS CRYING" SPELLS, SEVERE DEPRESSION, SLEEP DISORDERS (may include insomnia, confusion dreams, nightmares, apnea, and not feeling rested or restored after sleep), IRRATIONAL THOUGHTS, UNUSUAL FEARS, PHOBIAS, PANIC/ANXIETY ATTACKS, MUSCLE TWITCHING, IRRITABILITY, VIOLENCE, AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR, and even EPILEPTIC SEIZURES and THOUGHTS OF DEATH OR SUICIDE. Living with these Candida Symptoms is not a great way to live life. Sometimes people with these symptoms are labeled "Mentally ill", thought to be suffering from manic-depressive Psychosis or Schizophrenia. These desperately sick patients are sometimes turned over to the care of a psychiatrist or hospitalized in a mental institution. They may be given antidepressants, tranquilizers, lithium, etc. to lighten the mental symptoms. . But the CAUSE may be overlooked and the patient is not CURED on a long-term basis.

Now,THAT explains a lot, it explains why I was so crazy when I was living in Eastern Washington, and why I feel so much better these days. PSSSsssssssssst CellPower™ really works against Candida.

It also explains stuff from lately too, I've been eating sugary things because it hasn't affected my blood sugar, BUT and this is a very big BUT; candidiasis feeds off of sugar, it shares with cancer on that, The fungus grows~ proliferates~ and expands it's hold, with sugar, so now that I'm feeling weepy, depressed; the insomnia, the fatigue,the pain, all are symptoms of candidiasis, second and third stage. This is exactly why I write this so I'll see in black and white exactly what I'm doing wrong and why I'm sick.

also I'm using:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
And one each of the four essential minerals each day:
~SELENIUMhelps immune system,fights infection and aids circulation
~MAGNESIUMhelps to relax you, aids stress and muscle relaxing
~CHROMIUMimproves insulin sensitivity, and helps lower blood sugar.
~ZINC every day.

I use to have a Comfort Zone
Where I knew I couldn't fail
The same four walls of busy work
Were really more like jail.

I longed so much to do the things
I'd never done before,
But I stayed inside my Comfort Zone
And paced the same old floor

I claimed to be so busy
With the things inside my zone,
But deep inside I longed for
Something special of my own.

I couldn't let my life go by,
Just watching others win.
I held my breath and stepped outside
And let the change begin.

I took a step and with new strength
I'd never felt before,
I kissed my Comfort Zone 'goodbye'
And closed and locked the door.

If you are in a Comfort Zone,
Afraid to venture out,
Remember that all winners were
At one time filled with doubt.

A step or two and words of praise,
Can make your dreams come true.
Greet your future with a smile,
Success is there for you!

My friend Emma and I watched a brand-new mobile home being towed past us as we drove down Interstate 40 near Nashville. "There goes our house," I joked.

A caravan of seven identical trucks went rolling by, one after the other. As the last house disappeared from sight, Emma declared, "And there goes the neighborhood."

~~~
My wife asked me to help one of our neighbors, a young mother whose sailor husband was at sea. Her car had to have something called a freeze plug replaced -- a job that took two days. Then I discovered the battery was dead and the starter was shot, so I fixed those too. Days later I proudly handed the woman her keys saying, "Now your car is good for many more miles."
"Thanks," she said. "All I care is it runs long enough to make it to the dealer. I'm trading it in tomorrow."
~~~

After living in the United States for 17 years, my Chinese friend Mabel applied for citizenship. She passed her exam with flying colors. Although she had officially joined a new country, she discovered she hadn't really left her old one behind.

"They gave me an American flag as a welcome gift," she told me. "The tag on it said 'Made in China.' "

~~~
My adult son was having serious trouble breathing, so I called for an ambulance. I was surprised to find him smiling when I got to the hospital. "What's so funny?" I asked.
"I'm just glad to be here," he explained. "When I looked up at the two EMTs hovering over me, I caught a glimpse of their name tags. One guy's read 'Priest' and the other said 'Buzzard.' "
~~~

Days after I moved into a new condo, my neighbor came over to welcome me. At the end of her visit, she said, "By the way, my husband said he'd give you $20 for your wind chimes."

"He can get them cheaper in a store," I pointed out.

"I know, but he wants yours," she said. "They've been keeping him up at night."

NEWSY ENTRY; UPDATE ON THE DIABETES

I grabbed an extra hour of rest this morning and was surprised when I was actually sleeping when the alarm went off. I've been in awful pain these days so much I have had Little sleep for many days. In fact I broke my own rule last night and reluctantly took a tylenol last night. I've been sleeping with my Nikken Kenko wave machine a far infrared light pulser that is supposed to remove pain. I mostly held it in my hand [right] all night with the light on my palm. A lot of pain is centralized in my palm and fourth finger, and my hips... oh Mercy my hips and shoulders just ache all the time.

I kept moving the Kenko all over me, but even after a nice soak in a lobster dip I was just in too much pain to sleep. I feel like my nerves are pinched or the circulation in joints is cut off. Anyway, I took my single regular strength Tylenol and actually fell asleep.

I got up late and just plain forgot to do my blood sugar test or take any insulin. In fact I didn't even remember I hadn't had any insulin all day until it was dinner time, I looked at my register in mid-wait for my reading to come up on the machine, I thought I'd have a super high reading especially since I'd had a huge lapse today and ate, not one but two ice cream cones dipped in chocolate for an early lunch after church. But wait! No, It wasn't high in fact I was about normal for an evening reading, it was 107 and since I'm really wanting to get my body more sensitive to the insulin it manufactures I only take 5 units when it's under 110. I was amazed, I think I'm getting to where I may not need to take any more insulin. To me that's reversed diabetes, when I'm still staying [hey! I do try, you know] on a normal diet and never need any insulin. I know I'll always have the predisposition to have diabetes but I know I'll be a functional 'normal'.

So, back to today's events.

I heard a great sermon after my hot shower to try to work out the joint kinks and put in some Hair kinks. The sermon was about how we shouldn't listen to people who just don't like us as we are. He especially mentioned smiling and how it annoys some people, I smile a lot, but have noticed that lately the people at my church have been stand-off-ish and I'd wondered if I was just too happy-seeming....Any way I decided I'd just go in and smile and nod to those who have begun to stop meeting my eyes.

First though, I had some inspiration and decided to write a quick devotional on Spiritual abscesses, [sorry you'll have to wait until I send it out on Friday to read it.] But it's about holding onto things and seeming to be normal all the while an infection is raging under the surface.

I went straight to the prayer room and guess what I got to use that bit of revelation right then and there with a dear sister who is suffering so much from all her hardships, I told her to just sill it and I'd pray for her, I got to pray for a few others also.

Then at Church someone told me my always smiling was an inspiration to her. Oh Thank you Lord.

All-in-all It was a pretty good day.

Sorry no exposés on food additives or the latest FDA scandals, just lil ol me. But I believe I've turned a few corners, one with the diabetes, and also not be so upset when people throw stones at me.

I have to credit CellPower™ with the diabetes reversing,and also I'm using:
FLAX SEED OIL for my colon, but of course FLAX SEED OIL is also a great source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.

If we ask what is wrong and you say “nothing,” We will act like nothing’s wrong. We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.

If you ask a question you don’t want an answer to, Expect an answer you don’t want to hear.

When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear is fine… Really .

Don’t ask us what we’re thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as baseball, the shotgun formation, or golf.
