Diabetes is a dis-ease that carries all of it's little friends along with it when it comes to stay in your body. High Blood Pressure is one of those.
(1)"Diabetes: High Blood Pressure
Hypertension with diabetes -- hypertension is an important risk factor for the development and worsening of many complications of diabetes, including diabetic eye disease and kidney disease. It affects up to 60% of people with diabetes.
Having diabetes increases your risk of developing high blood pressure and other cardiovascular problems, because diabetes adversely affects the arteries, predisposing them to atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Atherosclerosis can cause high blood pressure, which if not treated, can lead to blood vessel damage, stroke, heart failure, heart attack, or kidney failure.
Compared to people with normal blood pressure readings, men and women with hypertension have an increased risk of:
<>Coronary artery disease (heart disease)
<>Peripheral vascular disease (hardening of the arteries in the legs and feet)
Even high yet normal blood pressure or pre-hypertension (defined as 120-139/ 80-89) impacts your health. Studies show that people with normal yet high range blood pressure readings, over a 10 year period of follow up time, had a two to three fold increased risk of heart disease."
A low-salt diet, exercise, no smoking and a normal body weight is supposed to help keep a normal blood pressure. A high fiber diet will also help to hold down the Cholesterol and thereby help keep blood pressure down too.
(2)"Risks For People With Diabetes
Kidney damage - When high blood pressure stays high, it can damage the small filtering vessels of the kidney. Diabetes also can damage kidneys, so when combined with high blood pressure, it can become even more serious.
Heart disease and stroke - People diagnosed with diabetes have double the risk of developing heart disease or having a stroke. Diabetes increases the risk of atherosclerosis, which is the build-up of sticky plaque in the blood vessels.
That's why watching lifestyle changes such as eating less fatty food, losing weight and getting enough exercise are such an important part of keeping blood pressure in a normal range."

Alkalizing is very important as an Acid condition indicates there is a major dis-ease going on in your body, to see more about alkalizing your body see:alkalizing your body
I'm also taking coconut oil

The Church Gossip...
Mildred, the church gossip and self-appointed monitor of the church's
morals, kept sticking her nose in to other people's business.
Several members did not approve of her extracurricular activities,
but feared her enough to maintain their silence.
She made a mistake, however, when she accused George, a new member, of
being an alcoholic after she saw his old pickup parked in front of the
town's only bar one afternoon.
She emphatically told George (and several
others) that everyone seeing it there would know what he was doing.
George, a man of few words, stared at her for a moment and just turned
and walked away. He didn't explain, defend, or deny... he said
Later that evening, George quietly parked his pickup in front of
Mildred's house... walked home... and left it there all night.

consents to reality.
