In order to begin healing, one must want to get better, now this isn't as blatantly obviously as it seems, many people are too sick to care about living or dying. Depressives have actually been known to feel themselves sick. In other words, if one wants to die, the body, feeling that negative emotion will gladly oblige. The Bible says as a man feels in his heart so is he. Our emotions and philosophies make up a huge factor in healing or not healing...

If one goes into a healing program and believes it won't work, it probably won't. One sure thing about our complicated bodies a mindset that is geared towards a goal will accomplish that goal. We all know driven individuals who overcome tremendous odds to make a huge success of themselves, handicapped individuals who overcome their apparent limitations to achieve things so-called whole people cannot do no matter what.

The mind is an incredibly wonderful thing. Let's say you have a great idea to make a widget out of nearly no-cost materials and that nearly everyone needs and will want to buy at least one. You know you can make a fortune on this idea. But one person you tell says, "Oh,no, that's a really stupid idea, no one will want it, you'll lose your shirt." No matter how lovely that idea looked as soon as those words are out of your 'friend's' mouth your idea will seem stupid.

What's changed? The idea is the same, the cost for the materials is the same, the fact that everyone needs one is the same but now you are no longer interested in doing it.

Your body does the same thing. You check out whatever illness you might have against all the research you can find, and see, yes, this is doable, so your body who really listens to your thoughts and enthusiasms says, "Yes, it certainly can be done, let's go for it." Your body is nothing like your friend it goes along with whatever you say.

(1)"Our Belief System can be one of our most powerful assets or our worst enemy. Our belief system essentially makes up who we are. Our belief system is made up of a set of core values, which we tend to base everything we do, say, or believe in."... It goes on to say

"To start our journey in life, we create a set of beliefs, which define us. Through our journey, we take our beliefs as our ultimate truth and often do not sway from them. Sometimes, it is necessary to reinvent our belief system and redefine our values so that we can see clearer and be able to achieve the fulfilling life that we desire."

"Creating A Healthy Belief System
A belief system that serves us well, is a belief in unlimited abundance, a deserving and humble nature and room to understand that, which serves the common good.
<>Improve your self esteem: We can all seek to improve ourselves. It is time you became committed to truly loving and appreciating yourself and who you are. Take a minute to look at your individualism. Honor who you are. Honor what it took to get you there. Chest up and get moving!

<>Improve feelings of self-hate arising out of guilt: Is it possible that your guilty feelings are excessive, your self-hate is an overreaction? Yes. Look back at the cause of this belief. Who are you really punishing here? Re-evaluate your situation. Stop the self punishment and forgive yourself....and others. It serves only to wear you down.

<>Look at your negative beliefs: What is standing in your way? Is it issues around love, money, health. Take a look at these issues on an individual basis. Remove the question from the situation. Does it really have value? What is the true connection between you and this belief?

<>Our body and minds are stronger and more complex than most people think. We are capable of much more. People place too many limits on what they can do. Learning to believe in yourself and your abilities is a hard job that never ends. Although, it does get easier with time. You need to start pushing yourself. Attempting things that are just outside your ability."

Sounds Awesome, doesn't it? Well it's true. So go forth and get well!

A man traveling across the country stops in a small town for some refreshment. He enters the local bar to find it deserted except for the bar tender. The tables are clean and tidy and the each has a basket of nuts at the center.

The man orders a drink and sits quietly at one of the tables. After a few moments he hears a voice say, "Nice tie." He looks about, but no one is in sight.

A couple of moments later he hears another voice say, "Great haircut." He looks about, but no one is around.

A moment later he hears another voice say, "Attractive shirt." Puzzled he approaches the bar tender and asks about the voices. The bar tender states, "Oh that. It is the nuts. They are complimentary!

A Panda walks into a restaurant, sits down and orders a sandwich. After eating the sandwich, he pulls out a gun, shoots the waiter, and prepares to leave.

The manager shouts, "Where are you going. You ate your food, shot my waiter, and now you're leaving without paying!"

The Panda responds, "I am a Panda, that's what I do. If you don't believe me, look it up." With that the Panda slammed a dictionary on the table and exited the restaurant.

The manager being curious grabbed the dictionary and checked the definition for a Panda. He read: A tree dwelling marsupial of Asian origin, characterized by distinct black and white coloring. Eats shoots and leaves."
A man bought a parrot at a pet store for company. The parrot had a really terrible habit of cussing everyone out and just generally being obnoxious. The man was about fit to be tied and very unhappy; every time he had company the parrot would call the visitors names and say the rudest things imaginable. One day the man's girlfriend came over and he didn't want the parrot to hurt her feelings so he whispered in the parrot's ear, be good or else!. Immediately the parrot set up a squawk and called her a silly cow and a, well I can't repeat it so the man grabbed the parrot and not wanting to hurt it tossed it into the freezer and closed the door. The parrot could be heard kicking the door and screaming, then nothing, silence. The man felt sorry for the irascible bird so he opened the door, and there it was a shocked look on it's face. It climbed down from the freezer, onto the man's arm and up to his shoulder, it's head was down and it said nothing until it got close to the man's ear, then it said, "I'm so sorry, I promise from now on to be respectable and kind. By the way, what did the chicken do?"
