KIDNEY DIS-EASE-ANOTHER DIABETIC PROBLEM

I've known lots of diabetics, young and old, skinny and fat, men and women and I've seen many having to undergo dialysis for kidney complications.

The Kidneys function as filters for the drinks we take in and sifting liquid from our foods and expelling it out through the bladder. When a body is overloaded by having diabetes the kidneys must work overtime to eliminate all the extra fluids that a diabetic drinks to accomodate increased thirst.

What does diabetes do to the kidneys? Diabetes may damage the blood vessels in your kidneys. The first sign of kidney damage is the presence of albumin (a type of protein) in the urine. A sensitive urine test for a tiny amount of albumin (microalbuminuria) helps to detect kidney damage at an early stage in
people with diabetes. Later, kidney function may decrease. Your kidney function is checked by estimating your glomerular filtration rate (GFR) from the results of your blood creatinine test. When your kidneys are damaged, they cannot clean your blood properly, and waste products build up in your blood. Your body will retain more water and salt than it should, which can result in weight gain and ankle swelling.

I used to have a bad problem with ankle swelling, but not much anymore, since being on this diet.

Each year in the United States, more than 100,000 people are diagnosed with kidney failure, a serious condition in which the kidneys fail to rid the body of wastes. Kidney failure is the final stage of kidney disease, also known as nephropathy.Diabetes is the most common cause of kidney failure, accounting for nearly 45 percent of new cases. Even when diabetes is controlled, the disease can lead to nephropathy and kidney failure. Most people with diabetes do not develop
nephropathy that is severe enough to cause kidney failure. About 18 million people in
the United States have diabetes, and more than 150,000 people are living with kidney
failure as a result of diabetes.

One important part of my decision to reverse diabetes had to do with the overwork my kidneys were suffering from, I've seen when people with dying kidneys swell up and become toxic, not a pretty sight.

There are drugs that supposedly help people avoid kidney disease but if you've been reading this a while you'll know that I don't advocate the use of anything that doesn't occur naturally in or for the body. I can't, nor can anyone else establish, for example an Aspirin deficiency so I don't take it. Certain herbs can be utilised to stimulate parts of the body that have become lazy or are just not functioning properly.

Here is something that might help Aqua flow; Supports healthy fluid balance. Stimulates the kidneys to eliminate fluid

Aqua-Flow™ offers a special combination of herbs and nutrients to provide excellent natural support for kidney and bladder function. Magnesium has been shown in clinical studies to have a beneficial effect in the kidneys and vitamin B6 enhances this effect. Potassium and sodium are essential to body functions involving fluid regulation and balance.

The plants in Aqua-Flow have a long history of use. Uva ursi (bearberry) is well known for its benefits on the urinary passages. Europeans are familiar with boldo for supporting healthy fluid balance. And Native Americans used goldenrod, which stimulates the kidneys to eliminate fluid.

Another good idea is a whole body healing systemNeutragenisis Lean and Clean.
This will help get rid of toxins that get in the way of healing.
