I have to tell you I've been cheating for the last few weeks, I've had cocoa several nights a week. I believe the key is moderation not abstinence, I can occasionally eat foods off the best foods list to keep myself happy, I am just changed from living to eat; to eating to live. Just once I'd like to gorge but I remember how sick I'd be afterwards so I won't do it. I really believe this:fat blocker with chitosan really helps me, if I accidentally get a few extra grams of fat in a meal. This way a [one,that is 1] slice of pizza or just a bit of butter on my [1/2 of a small] potato won't throw me over the edge.
