WHY SUPPLEMENT?

Very Little if any farmlands here in the U.S. is still viable as to mineral content. Today's farming practices; the use of artificially balanced fertilizers, excessive plowing to remove weeds, herbicides and pesticides have depleted the soil base nutrient content.

Just as our bodies need a good intake of nutrients, so does the farm soil. The use of organic, well composted manure is a good thing, for instance; essential for good soil.

Artificial fertilizers, while appearing balanced do not replace the minerals taken from the soil, they in fact help to rob the soil by causing chemical wars on the microbial level.

Over plowing causes wind and water erosion that takes with it the essential building blocks soil need to produce good food.


This now ruined farmland will continue to produce, but what it produces is an inferior product, devoid of trace minerals our bodies NEED for proper health. In fact some minerals that we need only tiny amounts of; if not present, can cause the direst of major diseases.

(1)Minerals: The Overlooked Necessity
Dr. Linus Pauling, winner of two Nobel Prizes stated: “You can trace every sickness, every disease and every ailment to a mineral deficiency.”

Ok, the same can be said for vitamin content, only the problem is a bit bigger.

Processed foods are so heated and altered that all food nutrients are laid waste and removed from the resultant product. In other words you ain't gettin' what the label says you are. The nutrition fact portion of your label gives you the approximate nutrition available the original food by size and shape Before it's processed. You simply cannot believe these tales of pure fiction on your food wrappers.

Then what, microwave the product and you have a nice wholesome, toothsome snack or worse yet; meal? WRONG! You have empty calories and the microwave actually changes the food so much that when you eat it the blood chemistry in your body actually changes! The foods eaten from the microwave cause a healthy person to lose a tiny bit of health and a sickly person to get so much worse. And *Shudder* people warm their baby's bottles in the microwave. This horrifies me on so many levels.

(2) Let's discuss GM foods: somewhere someone along the line decided to mess with our food sources. In order to create a better Zuchinni, says one scientist, I will make them bigger, more disease resistant. So he goes into his labratory changing a nucleic tide protein here, altering or replacing a strand of DNA or RNA from another fruit or vegetable, and begins the process in Frankenfoods, and Folks, I'm here to tell you Frankenfoods they are. Eating these altered foods will directly cause damage in your body systems. Is there no shame in these Mad Scientists? Get your pitchforks and torches folks! And yet these crazies are lauded and given awards.


(3)"Animals fed GMO corn, for example, developed problems of their blood (leukemia), blood pressure, kidney, liver (including significant changes kidney weight as well as lesions on the kidney and liver), allergies to infection, increased blood sugar levels, diseases, and yes, even cancer. These are not minor problems, but major changes in the body. These are a toxic reactions to a poison. (Even if the same effect doesn't occur in humans, think of the repercussions of us eating the meat of animals that ate the GMO corn and therefore unhealthy animals!)" And hey, people this is the very tippy top of the iceberg.

Oh and these benefits we are supposed to get from GMO foods re: disease resistance, HA! they are worse, bugs love 'em so we pour a little more pesticide on them. Nothing more a bug loves than a sickly plant. In fact eating sickly plants is Why there are buggies in the first place, to clean up our world

Oh no, not all buggies love 'em, bees don't like them at ALL! Bees are disappearing from the farmlands and backyard gardens all over the world, First they had to contend with the African Killer bees, and then the Mite infestations, pesticides, EMF interferance from cell phones and computers, and yet still they marched out every day whistling, "Off to work we go..." But bees do not like our attempts to re-create God's wholesome foods. They will not pollinate GM crops, and they have "left the building"!

By the way, no less a notable than A. Einstein said, "Four years after the bees are gone, Mankind will be gone too!"

Due to widespread use of expermental GM varieties some crops like corn and most notably Rice cannot be found in their original pure state anymore, wind polination has contaminated the entire rice crop so you cannot buy real rice anymore, at least not in this country, In Europe they won't buy our frankenfoods and seeds so they have real foods there. Here you cannot eat any corn or rice here now.

I eat a wholesome diet filled with lovely green and yellow vegetables and fruits colorful and healthy, why Supplement? Because unless I'm growing All my own foods from heirloom seeds I'm getting junk, not food at all but non-foods depleted of goodness and filled with badness. This results in poor health or at the very least worsening health. That's why I supplement, I buy the best, highest quality supplements from companies who care about my health. I but mostly supplements in geletin caps so I know they'll dissolve and I'll be benefitting from all the goodness in each and every capsule filled with vitamins, herbs or minerals.
